Our mixes are composed of 100% Arabica coffee of rare origin cultivated in high altitude. To ensure the quality of our coffees, we regularly pay visits to several plantations. This is how, when we last visited Colombia, we found an Fair Trade Organic coffee of an exceptional quality. The Fair Trade ideal allows cooperatives of small coffee producers to sell their coffees at a fair price, while developing their own durable development projects (agriculture, health, education, etc.) This allows eliminating the numerous intermediaries who absorb all profits without producing any coffee.

Mindful of our environment for several years, in addition to recycling cardboards and papers, an environmental filter has been added to all of our coffee-roasters.



COFFEE ROASTING
TRADITIONAL TIME-HONORED PROCESS
To obtain a better flavour, our coffee is convection-roasted in a gourmet oven.
This traditional coffee roasting allows us to develop the particular aromas specific to each of one of our coffees.

PACKAGING
A mono-directional valve allows the natural gas emanating from the coffee to escape from our packaging. This prevents its oxidation and allows us to obtain a coffee which is absolutely fresh.
